    We have a lot of fun in my Fitness Warriors classes, especially when we use resistance bands. They’re a great way to get some additional muscle work in, and a good groan out. On Saturday, April 6th, Petersburg, Virginia, will host hundreds of people in a resistance band workout led by celebrity fitness trainer Don “Donamatrix” Brooks.     Change. Again.

    I find myself in a period of Transition. Again. Which makes sense, because I have made several significant changes in the last couple of years. Again.
